Description
The MicroFogger is the world’s most versatile special effects fog solution. It can produce a vast amount of non-toxic fog and is extremely portable – it can easily fit into your pocket which makes it ideal in situations where space is limited. The MicroFogger uses an internal battery which removes the need for an external power supply and allows you to complete a video shoot or performance without needing to recharge*. When you need to recharge it, simply plug it into a USB port using the included cable. Power can be adjusted using the two push buttons and the main button serves a a trigger for the release of smoke. Refilling the fog liquid tank is also easy, just unscrew the metal nozzle and fill the tank using the included dropper bottle.

This is probably the hardest review I have had to write because I am literally right up the middle. This is an amazing product, but you have to follow the instructions WORD FOR WORD basically. The casing on the product is a deposition 3D printed material- which is fine… just to be noted. I tend to get very confused about the orientation of the tank when taking it off because you need to have the opining UP for operation but… I guess for removal it needs to be down… It is pretty nebulous what you can do as far as sideways operation I guess they “don’t recommend it” and if you burn out the coil you need to buy a new one- I find the unit makes some poping sounds even when in the vertical orientation opening “up”- so I am afraid it might burn out- but so far it hasn’t (knock on wood) But I have not run it for all that long. The wireless module you can add on is great! It has the same 3D printed casing and a fun fact- you have 3 other buttons on the remote you can pair to other compatible rolling code receivers! I was incredibly exceeded about this surprise! One thing to note is upon “hot” connection- or even completion of a charge- I have noticed the unit start fogging. You should be present when it is charging, and yes it does have to be switched “ON” to charge. I recommend this- you just have to know how to use it.

The micro fogger is just perfect it performed even better then we expected. we especially love how we can control how much smoke the fogger admits which makes it amazing when you need to up your cosplay game. the micro is the best option for portable fog machines and the one three button controls makes operating the unit super easy . and the trigger button is spaced out from the the other two Buttons so even when you have big gloves you dont have to worry about changing settings or shutting off the unit And now that i found out there is an option to have a unit with customizable extended trigger i cant wait to get my next microfogger .

In your order you purchased a MicroFogger and selected the no liquid option, hence the lack of it in your package. If you would like to purchase some, it is available from our store. Alternatively, Vegetable Glycerine is widely available from vape shops and online retailers so it may be cheaper for you to get it locally. We would, however, not be able to guarantee the safety or performance of any other liquids other than ours so it would be at your own risk. I searched far & wide for a hand held fog machine that I didn’t need to plug in to operate when I discovered the Microfogger. This tiny box of pure unadulterated wizardry, it pumps out smoke like it’s been a steam engine in a previous life. The intensity is adjustable so you can set it so the smoke just lazily rolls across the floor or have it pumping out like a kettle.
I’ve had quite a few people asking where I purchased it so they can buy it for their Camera Club (hint:Commission? Lol)
could it be improved? Yes, but not in any performance way. Remote operation & a removable threaded silicone pipe so the smoke can be directed are the only ways that would make it better (for me, personally!) otherwise it’s damn near perfect. Thank you.

One of my jobs in LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) Testing, the majority of the job uses electronic thermo-anemometers and pressure monitors. However an important part of this is to do smoke tests to ensure the extraction is working correctly. I have always used glass tubes, you break the ends and pump out the smoke produced, but they dry out within a day and quite expensive for what they are. The industry built handheld machines are around £400 . I’m so glad I came across this microfogger, it works a treat. Perfect amount of smoke produced and SO much easier than the tubes. When I use this on site next I will try and take a video and send to Work shop science of it in use

Excellent product….I’ve been waiting for a portable fog machine for 9 years.
I perform Ghost Walks in Manchester, London and Paris, and to be able to add a fog really adds to the atmosphere and I don’t believe anyone else is doing this.

Would be better if you could fill the tank with the VG. The coils burns too quickly and it’s hard to judge when you need to pipe in more liquid.

The product arrived quickly. What I was concerned was whether it would produce enough smoke but it did!
