Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

As of this time, we can only ship parcels out via USPS and DHL. During checkout, you’ll get an option to select between standard and express shipping services. If you are located in Philadelphia, you are also free to pick your order up in person at our facility.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

This will heavily depend on which exact shipping method you selected and you can get more detailed information about each method on the shipping info page. Remember that typically, in stock items are despatched on the following working day.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! Please note that occasionally, some delays may occur at your country’s customs over which we have no control. If you need your order soon and are located internationally, we would recommend that you first take a look at our distributors to see if there are any local ones near you. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on the exact items you purchase as this value is determined based on weight and volume. To get a quote, please being checking out on our website and you will see the final shipping costs for the items in your shopping cart.

Can I upgrade my shipping method?

If your order has not been shipped out yet, we are able to upgrade your shipping method to faster one if necessary. To do so, please submit the price difference between the new and old shipping method directly to our PayPal account payments@vosentech.com . The price difference can be calculated by adding the SAME items to your cart, inputting your address and seeing what the new cost is. Once you’ve done so, please send us an email to confirm this change (please make sure the price difference is correct to avoid delays)!

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Our website uses the standard PayPal Checkout gateway which allows you to either pay using your existing PayPal account or you can checkout as a guest and input your credit card details. We don’t take direct card payments however can organize bank transfers for larger purchases. More information on bank transfers can be found on this page

What currencies are payments accepted in?

Right now we can only accept transfers in US dollars. If you are located abroad, PayPal will automatically let you pay the amount due in your local currency using their exchange rate. 

Orders and Returns

What is your return policy?

Any unopened item can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Please note that if the package is open or if any components are missing, damaged or used, a re-stocking fee will be charged. For the health and safety of our customers, any returned package that has been opened will have hygiene-sensitive items such as bottles of fog fluid replaced regardless of whether or not they have been used. This will also incur a re-stocking fee.

Before reaching out, please make sure that your question hasn’t already been answered above or in the instruction manual of your product. If it hasn’t, please reach out to us at support@vosentech.com and we will do our best to answer your questions!

How can I return a product?

Returning products is simple, just send them back to us within the 14-day return period and we will issue your refund shortly after we get it back. We don’t have return shipping labels available so you’ll need to send it back via a carrier of your choice, please see further return instructions on the returns and refunds page

How can I cancel or change my order?

If an order for in-stock items is placed and you would like to cancel it, please immediately let us know. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it as it may have already been shipped out in which case you would need to proceed with a return once it arrives. Similarly, if you would like make a change to your order, please let us know as soon as possible and if the package is still with us, we will be able to modify the shipment. 

How do I track my order?

You can track shipments by visiting the order tracking page and inputting your order ID and billing email. Your order ID will be of the format VT-1234

How can I add items to my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped out yet, we may be able to add additional items to your order for no extra shipping cost. Please note that this can only be done for orders in the “processing” stage. To add additional items, please first send us an email informing us of this desired change. Once we have confirmed that this is possible, we’ll provide you with a free shipping coupon for use when checking out to purchase additional items on our website. Please also be sure to leave a note of this change in the order notes section, including the original invoice ID number from the initial order.
