Repairs and replacements

While we strive for perfection when developing and manufacturing our products, we do appreciate that sometimes defects may occur. Similarly, accidents can happen during operation so this page will go over the procedures for replacing or repairing your item if an accident or defect occurs. First, please go to the relevant section for the product you have.

Unfortunately, we do no provide any support for the original MicroFogger as it has been discontinued years ago and none are under warranty. We are unable to replace or repair original MicroFoggers as we do not have stock of the parts required to do so. If you encounter a problem with your original MicroFogger, we’ll do our best to help you fix it via email support. No trade-in or upgrade programs exist for the original MicroFogger

 

Please note that if you’ve just cracked the glass liquid tank, you can purchase a replacement directly in our webstore.

Unfortunately, we do not provide support for early MicroFogger 2s as they have been discontinued and none are under warranty. We are unable to replace or repair MicroFogger 2s as we do not have stock of the parts required to do so. If you encounter a problem with your MicroFogger 2, we’ll do our best to help you fix it via email support. We do however have a trade-in program for damaged or broken early MicroFogger 2s. If you send your unit back to us, we’ll be able to give you $30 of store credit which can be used towards the purchase of a new MicroFogger or other items. If you would like to do so, please send your damaged unit back to us by following the returns page here. Be sure to only send the unit itself, we don’t need the accessories or spares in order to issue the store credit.

MicroFogger 3 Lites are still being produced and full support is offered for them. If you are encountering problems with you MicroFogger, please consult the user manual for troubleshooting advice. If you are still unable to fix the problem, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you fix it. If the problem you are encountering is a manufacturing defect or is not related to user error, we’ll be delighted to send you a replacement unit provided that you purchased the device within the past year. If it is a problem which originates from user error, you’ll need to send the Micro Fogger back to us. This includes any sort of liquid damage which may be observed when the case is opened. Currently, there is a flat-rate $50 replacement fee for user-damaged MicroFogger 3 Lites (not including shipping costs). This means that your broken MicroFogger 3 Lite will be replaced with a brand new one. If you would like to send your MicroFogger in for replacement, please ship your damaged unit back to us by following the returns page. Be sure to only send the unit itself as we will not send back any accessories or spares.
