Shipping info

Depending on your shipping location you may choose from the following shipping methods:

United States:

-USPS priority (1-3 Business Days)
-USPS next-day express (1 Business Day)

Rest of World:

-USPS priority mail international (6-20 Business Days)*
-USPS express mail international (3-5 Business Days)*

*Please note that international shipping time-frames are only estimates provided by the respective carriers, customs inspections or any other unexpected circumstances within your country can affect the delivery date. We can only guarantee that we will ship your order out on time, any delays that occur during transit or at customs are beyond our control and will not be our responsibility. 

Orders with items in stock are shipped within two business day, but delays may occur, especially for out of stock items. If there are items in your order that are out of stock, your order may be delayed until all of the products in your order are in stock. In that case, you can request that we split your order in to several shipments for the cost of the additional shipping fees. Shipping fees do not include any customs related fees (for orders shipping from outside the USA).

Once your order ships out you will receive an automated message with a USPS tracking number. When the package is scanned in, you will be able to input the number into the USPS webpageto get the most up-to-date information on your shipment. It may take up to 24 hours after scan-in for shipping information to be displayed.

We only ship to the shipping address indicated on your order. If you like to update the address it is directed to, please contact us immediately for us to assist you. Intercepting or re-routing a package may result in additional fees and depends on the carrier. Not all interceptions are guaranteed.

Orders received before 18:00 Eastern standard time (EST) each day will ship the next business day. Business days are defined Monday-Friday.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
There are no customs duties or taxes on orders shipping within the USA. Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; and when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We advise that you contact your local customs office for more information.

LOST PACKAGES
If you believe that your parcel may have been lost in the post, please ensure that you wait at least 60 days from the time it was shipped before contacting Vosentech as we won’t be able to help with any early inquiries. When your order is shipped, you will receive a USPS tracking number which will give you information about the current whereabouts of your package. This is the only information that is available, we don’t have any access to additional info. Unfortunately the USPS international network is very poorly managed so it is likely that full tracking will cease once the parcel has left the United States. Past this point, the USPS tracking number can be inputted into your country’s national carrier to attempt to gain further information. This will only work in certain countries. Most delays occur due to international customs so please allow ample time for your package to be inspected and be aware that you will need to pay import duties to the appropriate agencies before it can be delivered to you. In summation, if your parcel still hasn’t arrived:

-Input the tracking number into your country’s national carrier to attempt to gain further information

-Check your mailbox for notices to pay import charges

-Call your local post office or national carrier if no charges have been issued after 30 days

-Contact us at support@vosentech.com if 60 days have passed and the parcel hasn’t arrived.
