Similarly, accidents can happen during operation so this page will go over the procedures for replacing or repairing your item if an accident or defect occurs. MicroFogger 5s are still being produced and full support is offered for them. If you are encountering problems with you MicroFogger, please consult the user manual for troubleshooting advice. If you are still unable to fix the problem, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help you fix it. If the problem you are encountering is a manufacturing defect or is not related to user error, we’ll be delighted to send you a replacement unit provided that you purchased the device within the past 2 years. If it is a problem which originates from user error and we are unable to help you resolve it via email, you’ll need to send the Micro Fogger back to us. Currently, there is a flat-rate $80 repair fee for user-damaged MicroFogger 5 Lites and a $100 fee for 5 Pros (not including shipping costs). If you would like to send your MicroFogger in for replacement, please ship your damaged unit back to us by following the returns page. Be sure to only send the unit itself as we will not send back any accessories or spares.
MicroFogger 4s have been discontinued but full coverage is still offered for units that are within the warranty period.
