Photo Next Gen is a French photography studio that specializes in macro figurine photography as well as abstract art. Their figurine works are mostly comprised of movie characters such as Indiana Jones and Iron Man which means that most of the time, the atmosphere plays a crucial role in conveying a believable environment. Whether it be smoke from nearby explosions or dust from horses in the desert, the MicroFogger provides the exact, desired effect.
These machines are perfect, they can create any atmosphere: a fine mist, dense smoke, dispersed throughout or near the ground… Their small size and remote control functionality lets me separate them, use them from a distance and focus on actually getting the shot I need. Paired with the hose attachment, Photo Next Gen can hide the MicroFogger from view and make the smoke appear from nearly any part of their scenes. They also utilize the additional cooling benefit of using a hose; while the smoke is flowing through it, it naturally cools down so once it is released, it tends to lie near the ground which can be perfect to create a mysterious fog effect. This is perfectly displayed in their sword-wielding Yoda and dementor scenes.
