If your order has not been shipped out yet, we are able to upgrade your shipping method to faster one if necessary. Any unopened item can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Please note that if the package is open or if any components are missing, damaged or used, a re-stocking fee will be charged. For the health and safety of our customers, any returned package that has been opened will have hygiene-sensitive items such as bottles of fog fluid replaced regardless of whether or not they have been used. Returning products is simple, just send them back to us within the 14-day return period and we will issue your refund shortly after we get it back.
